Kelley’s DSAIL is housed within Hodge Hall 4080. Faculty and students working within DSAIL have access to IU’s world-class cyberinfrastructure offered by IU’s University Information Technology Services (UITS) to perform the data collection, analytics, and visualization development that is often needed for their research activities. IU’s operational cyberinfrastructure capabilities include Big Red 200 for supercomputing services, Jetstream2 for cloud services, Slate for high-performance storage, and more.
Big Red 200
Big Red 200 is the premier supercomputer at Indiana University. It is extensively used by members of DSAIL for advanced deep learning and reinforcement learning tasks.
About Big Red 200Jetstream2
Jetstream2 is an advanced cloud-computing platform at Indiana University, providing an extensive array of computational resources and services. Members of DSAIL use this platform to construct secure, sandboxed environments specifically for conducting advanced cybersecurity research.
About Jetstream2Slate
Slate is a high-performance and secure storage system designed to efficiently handle large-scale data processing and storage demands. It serves as the repository for DSAIL's data in cybersecurity, mental health, and business intelligence.
About SlateIU Kelley’s DSAIL has also developed several sets of resources to help researchers engaging in computational design science, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled analytics, and data science research. The resources below present some of DSAIL’s views and perspectives, but do not necessarily reflect IU’s, Kelley’s, or any one particular community’s philosophies or approaches.
